Madison County Arts Council

$5,000 grant to support the rebuilding of the Marshall facilities. For 47 years, the arts council has united the community by promoting the arts and bringing culture to life.

New Marshall Park Mobile Home

$10,000 grant to Community Housing Coalition to help fund a park mobile home, providing temporary housing for a family in Marshall, NC, while their house is being reconstructed.

Safekeeping Community Storage

$5,000 grant to Marshall Relief Alliance to provide secure storage for equipment and supplies used in home rebuilding.

Micro Grants to Marshall Businesses

$8,000 grant to Marshall Relief Alliance’s Rebuild Marshall micro grant program for businesses working to re-open.

Marshall & Hot Springs Rebuilding Together Grant Fund

$100,000 grant to the Mountain Bizwork’s Marshall-Hot Springs Rebuild Together program providing rebuild funds to 30 Marshall and 11 Hot Springs businesses, with individual grants ranging from $7,500 to $25,000.

The Walnut Community Center (WCC)

$1,000 grant to purchase food for WCC’s food bank to supplement farm donations.

Rollins Entry Improvement

$10,000 grant to Marshall Relief Alliance to fund construction of a new gravel entrance for Rollins community.

Heat for Madison County Homes

$10,000 grant to Marshall Relief Alliance to provide heat to more than 15 local families in need last winter.

Our Commitment

The FBC Foundation will provide funds to organizations supporting Madison County recovery efforts, including housing, supplies and economic development. In addition, we look to provide the FBC community additional volunteer opportunities.
